My Favorite LEGO Ideas (June 2025)
My June 2025 favorite Ideas include a kaLEGOidoscope, an arctic research and rescue set, medieval themed bookends, a bear knights tavern, and an old western town.
KaLEGOidoscope
The kaleidoscope is made entirely out of LEGO pieces, including a rare LEGO mirror piece. The design allows the kaleidoscope to be customized by filling the head with different small pieces. I’m a fan of sets that encourage interaction. If this one becomes an official set, you could create your own kaleidoscope patterns and modify them as often as you like.
Arctic research and rescue
The arctic research vehicle would make a versatile set. It’s complete with a backstory for both the project’s creation and the set itself. It could be an addition to any collection of rescue and research-themed sets. The top is easy to remove for play, and there’s plenty of livable space inside for minifigures to move around.
Bookends
These castle-themed bookends look sturdy, functional and playable. They include an armory and a prison cell with a removable wall for easy access. They are perfect for book and LEGO lovers.
The Bear Knights Tavern
The Bear Knights Tavern is a 360-degree design with interior access. The storyline revolves around a Wolf-Pack emissary trying to form an alliance with the Bear Knights. The tavern is designed with elements that give it a snowy aesthetic, making it visually appealing and realistic. This set includes almost 5000 pieces, making it a substantial build, and includes 8 minifigures.
old western town
The town includes a variety of buildings surrounded by natural elements like cacti, rocks, and a dirt road. It is designed to be playable and includes items such as a cattle skull, playing cards, various furniture pieces in the hotel, and exploding functions in the jail and bank. This idea is perfect for recreating scenes, storytelling, playing, and displaying. And, it comes with a diverse cast of minifigures.
